Trip to Grandma & Grandpa's House Part 2

Onward to ID...

We had so much fun with our families and were so excited to travel home on such a spontaneous trip.  Another thanks to Ket and Gary for driving over to WA to pick us up...what selfless people. :)  We really do appreciate the hectic but well-spent vacations to our families.  We miss them too much!  We were also very lucky to meet a new cousin!  Sailor & Seryn are the oldest on both sides of the family so to have another cousin is exciting.  Right now they have 2 little boys cousins- one on each side.  August sure is cute and it was fun to be there for such a big, new time in Chavis & Kara's life.  Yay for cousins!

Ket was finally able to take the girls to PoJo's.  The last couple trips home we had talked about going, but finally it was settled.  Sailor's birthday was the following week so it was her little b-day bash with Grandma.

I failed to get any more pictures of this trip; regardless, the trip did indeed help stabilize our home-sickness- if that's a word.  I am trying to motivate myself to get updated on this blog, now that we have entered the holiday, crazy-fun months!  I LOVE this time of year.  October to November to December is like Mudpie Mojo from Cold Stone Creamery.....translation: perfectly amazing.
